Hello, I have two genuine OS Vista&XP, run Registry Booster 2009,XP normally working after reboot,Vista boot,logon screen black and then explorer.exe go to 1>mb and CPU usuage 99-100%...Try safe mode explorer.exe same and when i try run reg booster 2009 and rollback changes, pc turns off...what happens? :huh:

I'm not familiar with Registry Booster - so I don't know what it's doing to your system (and that could be the reason for these problems).
Or, it could be a driver issue (one of the few that load in Safe Mode), it could be an OS corruption, it could be a hardware issue, or it could be an infection.

What does it say in Event Viewer around the time of the shutdowns?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Well i fixed it by Windows Vista Reinstall CD :huh: done and thanks anyway :huh: :huh: :huh:
