Pc Is Turning Off By Itself

After a while that the pc is running it turns off immediately by its self. i checked the hardware on the inside and the power supply is very hot ,the graphic card too and the heat sink of the cpu is hot too. i think it is turning off by itself cause the hardware is hot. What should i do ??

First check to make sure all your fans are working, next clean the computer http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/cleaning-the-inside-of-your-pc/ Then try running it with the side of the case off, with a table fan or whatever pointed at it

If it gets better, you can either run it like that, or add more cooling/more effecient cooling

thanks for the tutorial, but i did all the things that are on the tutorial. ill make that again and see if it helps
