I'm sure this is a simple fix but I am not too computer literate. My start up bar at the bottom of the screen is missing. I tried to see if it was at the bottom of the screen and using the mouse to drag it up but nothing's there. I can't find where to reactivate it. Help please. I know cars not computers.
