Do have an XP CD or recovery CDs?

Either one (according to directions) should produce your desired effect.

If you have recovery/restore CDs...they should have their own instructions for using.

If a MS XP CD, Clean Install Procedure with Illustrative Screen Captures - http://www.theeldergeek.com/xp_home_install_-_graphic.htm

Still...it probably would not hurt anything if you posted at BleepingComputer.com - Am I infected What do I do - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/ They may provide some guidance and direction that will help prevent your quickly arising in the same situation (after your clean install).
