 I am attempting to clean my pc by following the new user guide. I got to step number (3), where you are supposed to start, run, cleanmgr.... Guess what?,, I have no "Run". Don't ask me where it went, and no, I am not stupid, I have used this before, It is simply not there. So, therefore I cannot continue in my step process. Shall I just shoot this computer and put it out of its misery, (and Mine!) or can someone help me? Fed up. Thanks .......

Start...All Programs...Accessories...System Tools...Disk Cleanup

Or, press the Windows key and the R key at the same time to open the Run dialog.

You can also open Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del), then click on the File menu item and select "New task (Run...)"
Type in "cleanmgr.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
It'll be hidden behind the Task Manager window when it opens.
