Desktop Replaced W/advert For Virus Removal

This virus replaced my desktop wallpaper. I also got a fake ad to install Antivirus XP. (I didn't).

I ran Avast! it got 5 or so infected files.
I deleted my tmp folder that contained the 'bad' files. It wouldn't let me delete two of them.
I ran hijack this
I ran combo fix

I want to make sure everything is ok now and can post my logs when requested...
