Is there any relative information that may connect this Win32 problem to the Spybot report ?

I have seen that windows has an update that in someways resolves this problem, however they request unless the results are serious wait for the update, I checked I don't have it but I can not determine if it is suitable for my system since I am not sure what server I have, I have asked this question before but received no answer, does any one have any information concerning this ?
