I am occasionally getting the system error blue screen restart. The event log says Loadperf and talks of Winaprpi. I've hunted around and followed the MS support ( new pack (now ver #3), syschk, virus scan( had a vitrumena- something like that) quaritened it). It came up again today. Any ideas.

What support from MS have you attempted...the more information you provide helps us offer suggestions that you haven't already tried.
As Louis stated...the exact error message would help a lot, as well.
