Does anyone know a good parental program that allow me to monitor what sites people are going to on my computer? It has to be free too.

I will not join in the debate over monitoring your children, but putting the stipulation on it that it be freeware will make it next to impossible to find

For the times you cannot exercise your parental control, K9 is my application of choice it's free as well...
