can anyone help me i have a virus and no idea how to get rid of it its called w32/gaobot.fai.worm wurmgrd32.exe i know this coz my anti virus told me but the removal tool is difficult to understand thanx

Mcafee doesn't show it by name.

What told you it was a virus or a worm?

i went on to pc pit stop and ran a virus check on there

Try the Norman Anti-Virus Trial Version or the Panda Online Scan. If you use Panda be sure to check Clean Automatically.
