I kept getting "Yahoo Update Server cannot be accesed at this time" when signing in. I found a post on yahoo help that told me to
delete all cookies, browse history, and temp files--uninstall and reinstall browser. I did so and now I have no navigation buttons, no internet options, and I am unable to download anything. Also IE7 will only open with no add-ons.
