Hard Drive.

i just installed a second HD and i see the computer reads it when i start the computer and it checks to see if there are drives. but i cant see it once i get into windows. i was wondering if i had to have it installed when i installed windows?

Okay i see the drive in my device manage but i dont know how to access it to format or anything. its not in "My Computer"
