I keep getting the following error bubbles:

Warning! Security report
Warning! Spyware files: Win32.banker.FS Trojan.SpyAgent.DA and other detected on your computer. It is highly recommened to scan the system immediately to remove all spyware and adware programs.

Your computer is infected! It is recommened to start spyware cleaner tool.

and then every once in a while the following pops up in an error message that has a title of "system crash":

CRITICAL ERROR! System halted as a result of the critical kernel error.
Windows has detected spyware on your PC.
It is recommended to remove spyware immediately to prevent your data and files from deleting.

and

System files and register changing are deteved.
Your PC is under the threat of loss of data! It is recommended to start the guard scanner.

I followed all of the things to do on the "before you post" topic and i have a HJT log if that will help.

Let me know what else I can try to fix this. . . Thank you!

There is also this message the pops up too:

driver disk.sys is out memory

Agh! What's going on!?
