I have a Dell Inspirion 531 with Vista-32 bit. It came pre-installed with a TV tuner card. The card worked fine for about a year and then suddenly stopped working. I have tried to update the driver for it but no year can I find what it is called. I can not find it in the device manager. What would it be called in the device manager, so I can be sure I didn't miss it? Is their any reason it wouldn't be in the device manager other than the tuner being broken? Is their any other way to determine what tuner card I have? Thanks for any help.

Dell lists 6 tv tuner cards for your model. You might enter the sevice tag number found on the back of the computer to narrow it down

You can also try S.I.W.

or Belarc Advisor

to see what thet list as your model of card
