What is the exact make and model of your system?
Can you access the system's BIOS?
Does it detect your hard drive?
Do you have the Windows installation CD?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I would replace the CMOS battery.

I believe that 1962 refers to the current CMOS clock setting...I think this happened to me once .
