Hi and welcome to Bleeping.

You have a rather nasty worm there. See here.

For the VITAL backup feature of HijackThis to function correctly, you MUST place the program in it's own dedicated folder. At the moment you're running it straight from the zip folder.

Go to My Computer (Windows key+e), double click on C:
Click File > New > Folder
Name it HijackThis and unzip/move or download the program again to this folder.

Run HJT again and checkmark the boxes next to the following:-

Download and install Reg Lite from here: http://www.resplendence.com/download/reglite.exe

Open Reg Lite and navigate to the registry keys below: (You can use copy and paste the bold text into the address bar and hit 'Go').

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel

Click on each reg key and look for a value of 'NoFolderOptions' in the right hand pane. If you have that value on any of them, remove it.

Run HJT again and checkmark the boxes next to the following:-

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,C:\WINDOWS\system32\mcsv.com
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {88D758A3-D33B-45FD-91E3-67749B4057FA} (Sinstaller Class) - http://dm.screensavers.com/dm/installers/si/1/sinstaller.cab

Close ALL OPEN WINDOWS/BROWSERS and click FIX CHECKED

Reboot and post a fresh log.

PS. Can you ask your sister not to download anything else until we get her clean again please.
