Welcome to Bleeping Computer, Shehzeen.

The first thing you need to do is read this: Before You Post About A Problem, Some simple guidelines.

Then post in
Am I infected? What do I do?

Once posted, you will be given guidance on what you need to do in order to clean your system.

I would just move this for you, but you need to describe your problem following Queen-Evie's advice

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
