Can't Remove 3 Files From Win's Temp File

there are 3 files that i can't delete,tells me that it is being used by another person or program,close any programs that might be using the file and try again,I have no idea what would be using them,the files are Perflib-Perfdata-6e4 dat file,ZLTO5de8.TMP tmp file and ZLTO6eb6.TMP tmp file,i got a big dose of malware while surfing the net,i ran spybot,adaware,malware antimalware and crap cleaner,did a virus scan with avast,got a virus while surfing at the same time,but don't remeber what it was,avast caught it and deleted it,i have IE7 and run XP pro with SP3 for a OS,the computer seems to be running fine after i cleaned it up,any help would be appreciated, one other thing i know i got rid of was a.exe file
