A week or so ago I got a warning that I had a spyware infestation on my computer and I needed to download an anti-spyware program. I believed this to be a spyware program. At the same time my background was changed to an error message. I used spybot search and destroy and norton antivirus to scan and remove threats. This deleted all of backgrounds for my desktop. I then started getting messages about having a keylogger, and various other spyware all from a program claiming to be part of my windows security. Now I am getting a message saying I have unusual smtp email traffic, and a few others that pop up once a minute or so. Please help.

Here is my Hijackthis log
