Hello, To start with, I hope I'm posting to the correct topic. My problem is Pest Patrol 5 finds a spy-ware but it keeps returning after I delete it. I've had faults positives from this program before and I don't know how to tell a real positive from a faults one. The following is what PP5 finds: WebSearch Toolbar Key: hkey_local_machine softwaremicrosoftinternet exploreractivex compatibility{8952a998-1e7e-4716-b23d-3dbe03910972}. I've run all my other anti-spyware programs and they show my system as clean (Spybot-s&d, Ad-aware, CounterSpy, A-squared, X-cleaner and Microsoft Antispyware). If anyone can help me out, that would be great. I'm a $upporter of this Web Site as everyone that uses it, should be. Keep up the great job that you guys do..... Carl  :flowers: OOPS! I have win xp sp2, if you need anymore info just ring me...............

Thank you much tq1911, yes your info helped me a lot. Hijach This shows that I don't have WebSearch Toolbar. I just need more confidence in myself. The next time I'll look a little harder for answers instead of taking the easy way out by just asking for answers. One of these days I won't be so intimidated by my software. Thanks again, I think I actually learned something about myself this time. Keep on helping us newbies, we need people like you. Carl :flowers:
