Hi,

I re-installed XP home on my Dell Dimension 2350 and am trying to get my graphics to work.

In device manager there is a yellow ? beside Video controller (vga compatible). The details are as follows:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2562&SUBSYS_01471028&REV_03\3&13C0B0C5&0&10

I'm also needing a driver for Multimedia Audio Controller:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24C5&SUBSYS_01471028&REV_02\3&13C0B0C5&0&FD

And an ethernet controller:
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4401&SUBSYS_81271028&REV_01\4&1A671D0C&0&48F0

The Dell site has various drivers: here

Which one do I need?

Thanks,

B4M

This is your audio:
http://support.euro.dell.com/support/downl...mp;fileid=67126

And this is the video:
http://support.euro.dell.com/support/downl...p;fileid=104486

Not real sure about the network. Can you go to this page and scan your computer or at least enter your Service Tag to narrow it down a bit:

Driver installation instructions are at the bottom of the pages, just click on the + sign

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Thanks,

Unfortunatly I couldn't get the video link to work. Was it one of those listed in my Dell link? If so what description and I can pull from there.

Cheers,

B4M

OK, I've found the video driver and both that and audio are working.

Cheers,
