I am trying to print a MS WORKS 7 spreadsheet.

if I press the print button, I get the set up fax wizard. If I close this, the print dialog closes.

If I select File>print I get the print dialog with fax selected. I can change this to my printer, select properties, change the print settings, apply the changes, but when I hit "print" I get the fax setup wizard again. Once again,, if I close this I lose the print dialog

I can print word processing documents no problem........... what on earth am I doing wrong (or is this one of the Sainted Bill's little treats for PC users?)

Try saving it as an Excel spreadsheet, and see if it will print THAT.

Now you know why I use OpenOffice.org. Glad you got your spreadsheet to print!
