Hi,

This Dealio toolbar comes in most cases with a screensaver you've probably installed, so in case you installed a screensaver lately, please uninstall it.
Also, I see you have Blubster present. This P2P program is bundled with adware, so I suggest you uninstall it.
Reboot after uninstalling.

Also,
look if you can find: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dealio\Uninstall.lnk
If present, doubleclick the Uninstall.lnk in that folder. This will uninstall the application.
If not present, don't worry, just let me know, then we'll deal with it manually.

Post a new HijackThislog after reboot
