I keep getting this issue where It's like the mouse scroll is stuck and keeps going up and down or getting stuck at the bottom of a list of options/or the page. It started when I got a new tablet, so I can only assume some tablet drivers or something have upset my configuration. I don't think it's hardware, because when I unplug either the mouse or tablet or both it still happens. Both are USB. When I restart, it fixes the issue temporarily.

Any advice?

Thanks.

Can you boot into Safe Mode and test it there? If it works OK in Safe Mode then it's most likely a driver issue.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

It does it sparadically anyway, so it would be impossible to "test" it.

I think it is dirver issue.

Today I was just typing away on msn when the scroll went mad and the size of the font in the window got bigger and bigger and bigger and it clicked things on it's own accord, etc.

So I'm going to assume this is to do with my tablet... and uninstalled it all.

If I reinstall it and am still having problems, what can I do?
