need good virus and firewall

ive been using sygate and AVGfree but im looking for a better free anti-virus and firewall. any ideas?

I think you already have just about the best combination available, and not just because that is what I have used for several years with great success, LOL, but because both are very highly recommended by many "experts."

ive been using it for a while and seems the best freebee one out there. computer runs abit quicker too than when i was using norton
