You may also try doing it this way...

Download and install WinPatrol.
During installation, it will create "Scotty the dog" icon in your system tray.
Right click on the icon and choose Options.
Under the Options tab click on Hijack Log.
WinPatrol will scan your system and create a hijackthis log for you.
When the scan is complete, notepad will open with a file named HijackPatrol.log.
Save the log file to your desktop.
Copy/paste the contents into a new topic in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum, NOT into this topic.
Exit WinPatrol when done.

Please tell us if you've posted the log or still have difficulty.

You are going to need access to another PC with Internet. You will need to Download MBam there, then copy or save it to a CD,Usb,pen etc.. drive. Then install it on the infected machine.
Download link ..Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

You also have to manually download and install the programs updates. Copy or save as above. Get them here..Updates
Then double-click on mbam-rules.exe to install and update.

Your MBAM log indicates you are using an older version of MBAM with an outdated database. Please download and install the most current version of MBAM from here. If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download the updates and just double-click on mbam-rules.exe to install.

Perform a new Quick Scan in normal mode and check all items found for removal. Don't forgot to reboot afterwards. Failure to reboot normally (not into safe mode) will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware. When done, click the Logs tab and copy/paste the contents of the new report in your next reply.

"Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded error"
This behavior occurs when the security settings for the Local intranet zone of the Web browser are set to High.

If you cannot use the Internet or download any programs, try downloading from another computer (family member, friend, etc). Save to a flash (usb, pen, thumb, jump) drive or CD, transfer to the infected machine, then install and run the program.
