Hello to everyone,
I am new to this site so hopefully I am posting the correct way. I have a computer problem that I can't fix and it is extremely frustrating. When I go into my e-mails and try to open up a microsoft word attachment I box pops up that says "invalid menu handle". It will not open the file. If I save the document to my desktop and open it that way I can view the file. My microsoft word is working fine and so are the e-mails that have other files attached to it like pdf, excel, etc. So I was wondering if there is anyone who could please help with this problem. Thank you soooo much.

What program do you use to read your emails?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I was able to solve this problem, re *.pls type files, with this suggestion. In Control Panel, use Folder Options, and "associate" *.pls files with WinAmp (in my case). I did not find this useful tip anywhere else.
