Help Plz Im Confused My Computer Is Acting Up

when ever i start my computer up it keeps loading new hard were like usb ports the monitors and the fan just random hardware and i cant get it to stop i think its a virus i used malware bytes but it didnt pick any thing up i fix computers all the time but this one is puzzling me also when ever i try and open a download its saying access denied the recovery partition was formated so i cant format it (this is my uncles computer so i dont know what happend to it) i would order recovery disks but i dont have a credit card and there $15 plz some one tell me what to do

please help me

It really sounds like a hardware problem or a bad driver load and a total windows crash more than malware. I have seen something similar after malware was removed but such damage usually requires running windows as a repair disk and reloading the drivers for the computer. Why not have your uncle order the restore disks? 15$ is cheap compared to a repair bill and usually they require the disks anyway.
