Hi, my pc was recently hit by that antivirus xp 2008 virus. After a whole day of headache, I managed to remove it. When I rebooted my pc however, the windows activation prompt came up, and it couldn't load up windows unless i activate it again. My pc did not have windows pre-installed in it since it is custom built.I had to use my old xp disc to install windows on it.Now, I can't find that disk, and my computer is virtually unusable. I went into safe mode, and tried to system restore, but I think the virus erased all my restore points. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
