My computer keeps restarting before windows loads into the enter password screen, then when it restarts the list of options such as Choose safe mode and start up normally pops up. But no matter what option I choose it just goes thru the same loop restarting again and again? What do I do?

On the Safe Mode menu do you have an option to Disable Auto Restart at System Shutdown? :flowers:

If so, select that one and when it faults, it should freeze at that screen. If there are any error messages, you need to take them all down and either Google the info or post it here.

Good luck.
