Hi, we have a problem on a friends computer. I have included the HJT log for you to look at, there is a program called 180 search assistant that is difficult to remove. Hope you can help.

(update) ...ooops, just saw that I forgot to add the HJT log! I'll have to wait until I get back in front of the other computer.... I do have a question though...where do you run the HJT program from again? Is it the program files or the C: drive?

Thx, Mark.

Hi Mark...either are acceptable....some links will extract to Program Files by themselves...I usually run it from it's own folder on the root, like this.....C:\HJT
