i have a virus and it wont let me access my compputer or accesories or anything they are no longer in my start menu. when i hit ctrl+alt+delete it says something like this action has been disabled by your administrator. it says VIRUS ALERT down by the time on my toolbar. AVG found it but it wont delete it. I have no clue what to do and I am not that impressive with computers. If anyone is able to give me detailed instructions i would really really appreciate it. Thank you
