Hi! I had this file that continue to appear on my screen as a trojan, i can't open Internet Explorer,My documents or Explore Files without the error message of Norton that tells me my computer is infected, the unpleasant popups (I deleted a Sex Icon some weeks ago) are another thing that begin with this trojan. I hope you can help me....

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Then I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button:

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\miamore32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\atmpvc.dll
C:\Program Files\Qxeos\Nmahck.exe

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

Thanks for the help!! I have run HJT and fix those "marks" you told me, but i can't delete :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\miamore32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\atmpvc.dll
C:\Program Files\Qxeos\Nmahck.exe
And Norton continue to tell me that atmpvc is a trojan...I don't know what else to do:: :thumbsup:

What happens when you try to delete them? Try booting into safe mode and right clicking on the files and make sure they are not set to read only. If they are uncheck that and try deleting again

I've just deleted the files that bottered me with Killbox (i read it in another thread :thumbsup: ) , right now i'm running the Panca ActiveScan Online , hoping on that everything is all right :flowers: , when its finished i'll write the results..
