I've been following a very similar (pretty much exact scenario) forum thread
http://forums.techguy.org/malware-removal-...t-policies.html
where I have the exact same issue as speedy0926.

I've gone through all of the steps as speedy0926 has but I have no Cookiegal to tell me what to do. Can one of you be my Cookiegal?

So now I have a hijack this log file, a combofix log file and also an OTScanIt log file.
I need someone like Cookiegal from the thread above to decipher my Hijack This log file (tell me what if anything to delete from my file system) and then help me to create a OTScanIt fix script...

I will not post my combofix or OTScanIt logs until someone requests it, I think I read that in one of the forum rules. But my HijackThis is attached.

Thanks in advance.
Regards.
