I am working on a project with a publishing company. They have sent me an FTP of an audio file that I need to listen to.
I have tried all I know of, but I cannot get it to open. Please help.

How did you receive the file? (email...)
What is the extension of the file? (.exe, .zip, .wav)
FTP itself is not a file, just a way to transfer files.
