I'll explain the situation here.
I have a router with 3 computers connected to it. 2 of them work fine, except 1.
I can ping a website without loss of packages (I used www.bbc.co.uk)
I also have access to google (sometimes) and to the website of "fortis bank" (which always seems to work).
Every other website I know is not accessible. It saids "page cannot be found".
I tried changing the DNS to what it should be and it didn't work.
I also disable my firewall for a minute, but still no effect.
Changing settings of my connection doesn't work out aswell.
Also did RIES and no success.

If u need more info, I'm right here.

What other security software do you have on your computer? It is possible that some security program is blocking out everything that ends with a .com, for example. If you do have an anti-virus program on the computer, see if you can update it and run a full system scan. If that does not do anything, try to disable all of your security software and try again.

I already did a full system scan. No results, but then again, I can't update it aswell
I disabled it and I still don't have normal internet connection.

I use NOD32, but it's out of date (I don't have new username and password).
