There can be very many reasons for this as IE6 is an old browser with old tecnology and not very safe.

In my humble opinion, it would be a better internet experience to relplace it with Internet Explorer 7 as it is more compatible and better equipped to adapt itself to the everchanging and advancing technology.

Hi xzibit13, and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Does the message cite a specific error?

Look in the Event Viewer and see what errors are showing up at the time that this is happening. Each error will have its own date and time shown.

Start> right click on My Computer> Manage> Event Viewer.

On the right side of the page you will see the options Applications, Security, and Systems, double click on Systems. There are eight columns on this page, the three that you will want are Type, Date, Time, and Event.

The errors will appear in the Type column, they are red dots with a white X inside of them.

Warnings will appear as a yellow trinangle with an exclamation mark inside.

When you see an error, double click on it and see what the description is.

Please post the error code/s found in the Event column and the descriptions back in this topic.

You could also consider using a stand alone browser like Firefox, being a stand alone browser adds a modicum of protection while online.

at first my explorer is at good and i can browse any page i wanted to... but when suddenly i clicked on the close button the error crash report came in... and in my shock all the page was being closed without any further information why it has been that way....

i looked on the C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer folder and i saw this IEDW.exe there...

i know its normal to have that exe file because it use by the Microsoft... but then everytime i closed any browser it will appear like that...

what would suppose to be the prob?
