downloaded a program and sent it to virustotal.com to check and its result is

Might be helpful to know what the file/program is? That way members might know if there are false positives or it is a known good or bad application. Just showing a us a list doesn't give us any more clues than what you have at this point.

You mean a game hack?

Those are often bundled with malware. I would not suggest you use it.

Hello.

That looks like a heuristic scan result. The result is generated not from a database, but from an analyses of the file's code.

Basically means the file contains code that could potentially be harmful.
