If i have a domain name registered but no one hosting it can i still edit it. I have Microsoft Frontpage and i used to have a place called Forge Hosting as my host but i cancelled with them. I was wondering if i can still do my website without paying someone to host it. Like just do it through frontpage.

You can definitely create the site on your computer and view it with a browser locally, but noone else on the internet will be able to see it unless you host it at an webhosting company.
