Nice to see such an active help site. I'm a father of 2 teenagers, and start to wonder if my main role has become to keep their access to internet working... . Which has become only harder over the years. My last vacation day was wasted after a crash that required a reinstall, and I'm frankly fed up with this. I'm now moving them off to their own PC, so at least my vacation pictures are a bit safer !

Perhaps you should tell them that they are responsible to fixing any problems, and have them become members of BC. You could then enjoy your days off, and they might learn how to keep their computer working.
