I have followed all instructions as set! Trend Micro Found several things and removed.... the AVAST stinger found nothing.... it is horrible because its more of a nuisance than anything.

I have upgraded to IE 7 and just recently added firefox to see if IE was the problem. There are several other users that use this computer and they all seem to be having the same problem. I can not download anything from the Microsoft site as it says "site not found" Internet tends to go slow.. which makes me believe it is spyware of some sort... I am using Trend Micro though and for some reason it can not update. Just says make sure I am connected to the internet. I am wondering if somehow some sort of trojan or spyware bypassed trend micro.. I am posting my log...

I first ran trend micro when I noticed a problem. It caught 16 things and deleted them. Computer seems to run faster but still a problem with downloading and visiting some sites. Also.. Trend Micro has an error now..."Your Unauthorized Change Prevention has been shut down. Please restart trend micro and if you continue to receive this error restart the computer. If this problem persists contact Trend Micro" I have done everything they said other then contact Trend Micro at this point. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

As I said, I have followed all the steps required, and it def did help, but has not removed everything. I don't know what else to do!

O PS EDIT ---> I could NOT run windows update! It would load and then say it could not connect to the server.

Hello ScheJM

Welcome to the Bleeping Computer Malware Removal Forum, sorry for the delay in responding, but the amount of people posting with infected computers is through the roof and we sometimes can't get to logs as fast as we would like to. If you have not resolved this issue and still need assistance, post a new HJT log as your system may have changed since your original post.

Your infected with Wareout, post a new HJT log please
Ken
