I retired from a local IT company in 2003. A friend brought his computer over for me to fix. His problem is the AntiSpyware XP 2008. I came to this site to learn how to fix the problem.

 Hi, napawino. I am fuzzywuzzy6 and found out about bleepingcomputer.com when I was researching how to get rid of the antivirus xp 2008 trojan horse. It helped alot. However, 2 days later, a new version infected my computer (I will post more about this on another thread here).

I live in central california. I am not a computer luddite, but have been forced to learn a lot over the last couple days because of this trojan horse. I love cats and cooking and other things and am on permanent disability, so I cannot afford to buy the best software solutions. I was very happy to find this site. Bless Grinler! Bless the bleepingcomputer.com admin.

It takes me several tries and sometimes several months of cogitation to find out how to address a computer problem. Maybe this site will make it much easier.

Incidentally, I went to the microsoft support site before yours, and it was no help at all.

Happy computing to you all! fuzzywuzzy6
