I just down loaded what I thought was Ad-Aware anti virus a brand new 2008 version, then I scanned with it it found 38 items, when I went to clear them I found out that it was going to cost me 9.95, so I went to the credit card and got a warning about leaving the site, and that a third party could easily view my info.

Next the price went up to 39.95 marked down from 49.95, . so I got on live chat and found out they were not Lava soft, I'm just hoping they didn't leave some muck in my computer, things are getting bad enough as it is !

BTW, I hope someone can give me a safe place to go besides photobucket, that thing is so full of advert. that I just don't want to go there any more, and I have some images I'd like to post about a search I conducted on the Internet, which seems, (the results) to be some kind of prank, and would also mean, I have some very mean friends out there who are not minding there own business, if you know what I mean !

OK Sam,
I wasn't really sure what my problem was so I picked this forum, sort of just making a comment about, Anti Virus, Firewall and Privacy Products and Protection Methods, isn't that what I did ?

I mean its a comment about products and another leaning toward privacy, I haven't declared an infection or virus problem ?

Don't mean to be objective.
