Hi there

Well, this is the first time i've been hijacked and it's driving me mad! I'm a bit slow on the technical side of things, but have followed your self-help thread. Sadly, it didn't work...at stage 4 I got the message '"PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!" and also, at the end there is no system restore for Windows 2000 :thumbsup: I've been told W2k doesn't have system restore? I'm totally lost now and sorry to bother you with it...here is the hijackthis log:
