Recently i reinstalled windows on my computer, and was thinking about reinstalling my laptop aswell with the same disk and license key, would it be ok to reinstalled 2 machinces with the same disk and licence key?

No, that is not legal. The license key is only for one copy of XP, and installing it on more than one computer is likely to cause problems after 30 days (when activation is required) and with Windows Update (at any time).
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
