Does anyone really join unless they're in trouble? I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. I've edited my registry before (seems to have worked out ok so far) and I just figured out how to make the hijack this log that I had to run as administrator, available to me as owner (actually proud of myself on that one). Tells you again, I know just enough to be dangerous. Going to go see how I have to post the hijack this log now... thanks in advance for all the good help I know you're going to give me.

I would avoid editing the computer's registry unless you are very knowledgeable about how the registry works, since mucking about in it can really destroy your operating system or the functioning of many different applications. No matter what, always always always make a back of the registry before making ANY changes.
I am sure our HJT Team can help you with any problems you might have.
