Here is another question. When I reinstalled Vista it created a "windows.new" file. That file contains everything that i use to have. The one thing that i was really disappointing to lose was my "Adobe Master Collection." Well now i just found out i still have it under of windows.old. The problem is it well not let me open the files. any ideas?

The report shows that it fixed errors on your system. I'd still suggest that you run the hard drive diagnostic to rule out a physical problem with the drive.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

- John  (my website: http://www.carrona.org/ )**If you need a more detailed explanation, please ask for it.
