*StateMgr is disabled

Any options now that *StateMgr has been disabled and I can't boot?

winME, Dell Dimension xpsr400 computer.
patiently patrolling, plenty of persisant pests n' problems ...

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

If so, boot to it, Click Start | Run
type in msconfig
Click Ok
Click the Startup tab
Put a checkmark in Statemgr

Restart your PC
