What Are These Random Xml Files In Temp Folder

Found the following in my temp folder.

Hello wadeeb,

The temp folder is exactly that a temporary folder that stores various files while they are used that are not really needed any more. A quick and easy way of clearing them would be to use http://www.atribune.org/index.php?option=c...5&Itemid=25

xml format is for Office documents

Thanks guys for the responses. I am at GMT +7 so sorry for the delay in my reply.

I am aware what the temp folder is and how to clear it. I am also familiar with XML files. I just wanted to know if anyone knew what these exact files were for. I reallize that there may be a variation in the naming but the file names made me a little nervous.

When i see files title

Ghost
Talk to the hand

I tend to think of some kind of spyware

thanks again. we can close this topic if no-one knows what the files are, they are already deleted.
