I split your post into its own thread to avoid the confusion that often occurs when trying to help two or more members at the same time.

Rescan again with MBAM (Quick Scan) in normal mode and check all items found for removal. Don't forgot to reboot afterwards. Failure to reboot normally (not into safe mode) will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware. When done, click the Logs tab and copy/paste the contents of the new report in your next reply.

Doesn't seem like much.. After the first scan I regained access to my C: and D: drive, the program list came back to the start menu and I have gained other administrative rights, but I still have restricted use of my task manager. It opens and all, but all the menu bars are missing. Here is a screenshot of what I get:

If you cannot see any tabs in Task Manager, then that means it is running in "kiosk mode" (presentation mode) which does not show the tabs or menus at the top. Sometimes this is occurs accidentally. To get it back to normal mode, open Task Manager and double-click anywhere within the blank (open) border area to reveal the tabs.
